PC model : Dell XPS 8940 Desktop

GPU: RTX 4070
CPU: i7-11700
RAM: HyperX 2 x 16GB DDR4
SSD_1: Kingston SATA DDR4 120GB (OS installed on it)
SSD_2: Samsung M.2 NVMe 500GB
OS: Windows 10 Pro (updated)

So I've got a bug that is related to a specific driver that fails to load (see screenshots below ). The freezes are pretty random - once per day or twice or even 3 times . It can happen anytime - browsing the web , writing code , playing a video game - at that moment . Everything is frozen - no input from the mouse / keyboard does anything . My only solution is hard restart of pc by holding the power button . the freeze can happen even if I'm away and the pc's screen is turned off / asleep .

Even after a clean reset of my PC - after a few days the problem came back - i only have a few programs installed . maybe it's related to the hardware itself ?

The chatbot, as with most troubleshooters, will concentrate on software/OS approaches first. From your description of the problem--that a hard reset will temporary solve the problem--the probability is that it is hardware related. From the chatbot description of the failed driver load of the "Intel Camarillo" part, it's on the motherboard.

You can thus save time if you can ascertain SW or HW, by doing a clean Win install. It shouldn't be a big deal if you've done a clean reset already. If a clean install still surfaces the problem at some point, then HW is likely culprit.

The next step is to disassemble PC, clean it of dust, and carefully reassemble with minimal components needed only to boot Windows. Then gradually add in components one at a time.

The troubleshooting mantra is, when in doubt minimize configuration.

Good luck.

PS: Chatbot says your Dell XPS 8940 is qualified to upgrade to Win 11 Pro, so it could be an opportune moment to upgrade, given Win10 support will expire in 3 months. The Windows license key is embedded in PC's UEFI BIOS.
But I reinstalled windows on my clean reset with all drives ..after a few days the error came back ...so it has to be the hardware ..could the tips of the chatbot still help in that case ? I don't see how the problem is hardware incompatibility or lack of power

Please also disconnect all drives except the one you want the OS on for the clean install. This also takes faulty drives out of the equation. Disconnect the data and power cables from all drives before the Windows clean install!

Can you remind me how to do a clean windows install ? Is it through settings or only through usb drive with windows installer ?

These are the drivers that the dell driver scan from the website recommended to me to install (I guess I was not up to date after all ) :

is any of them related to my driver crashes ?

"The error "The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device VEN_8086&DEV_4C03&SUBSYS_09C50128&REV_01\3&11583659&0&20" is related to the Windows User-Mode Driver Framework (UMDF), which is used by certain device drivers—often for USB, HID (Human Interface Device), or Intel chipset components—to run in user mode. The device ID suggests this is likely an Intel device, possibly a USB or Thunderbolt controller"

The chipset driver.
