Question Pc freezing completely,sometimes file explorer doesn't show the icons

Hello guys,
my problem is what the title is saying,my pc has freezed many times and the icons don't appear sometimes mostly on file explorer,i think this is the problem of my m.2 ssd. Crystaldiskinfo says that the health of my ssd is 84% with ~500 power on hours.Can i do something about this?,do you think it might be something else?

More likely you corrupted something. Whether a update didnt go right or what.
Start by running cmd as admin.
"Sfc scannow"
This should look for corruption in the os image.

I just did it and it says "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."

Questions.... Where did you get the ssd from?
How long have "you" had it? Has the laptop Been well cared for "how often is it dropped, things get spilled on it, it's blown out and cleaned properly with a can of air or anything?
