PC freezing due to mobile call or sms data

A client of mine brought a PC to fix because it was acting very weird. The client has a backup Nokia flash-light phone (Nokia 100). If he gets a call on that phone while near this PC, the PC just freezes. This happens in the bios menu or in Windows 10.

I myself tested it out and I can verify that even SMS data will freeze the device.

I uploaded a video of the problem at:

The client computer's motherboard is a MSI Z97-GD65 GAMING. I believe that this problem has to be related to the motherboard itself.

Hoping to get an answer from anyone here who might shed some light on this problem and... hopefully (hehehe)... provide a solution to fix it.

Solution
hmm...hardware interrupt request by radio frequency...do u have a wireless card attached to the pc???
electromagnetic interference...is this system always covered or does it lay open???

try the solutions on these forums...might be helpful for u...

Solution
@ Hellfiire13

- There are no wireless cards attached to the PC.
- The system is usually run with the side cover and is in the up-right (as shown in video) position.

Those links you sent me look promising. I will give those a try and post back my results.
Thank you.

So I have gotten time to test out a few things and these are the results:

TEST 001: Running bare-bones!
Only the minimum components are installed on the case. These are; motherboard, CPU, CPU Fan single DDR3 DIMM, hard drive, minimum slots used in the modular PSU, USB keyboard and mouse.
RESULT: Problem did not solve.

TEST 002: Changing processor clock speed.
Reset the motherboard BIOS settings to factory conditions. Then tried several clock speeds. Kept dropping down the speed.
RESULT: Problem did not solve but was slightly different from before. Previously when the system froze whatever was shown on the screen remained static. But now weird lines show up on the screen as I move the phone closer to the motherboard and goes black when I bring it really close.

I have not been able to try out the other potential solutions. I will get back to it again as I find time.

First off I have to apologise for posting late. I was able to find the problem a week back but forgot to update this post due to work and (maybe a bit of forgetfulness).

Now the solution was a simple one due to a stupid mistake by the people who original assembled the system as shown in the image below:
INCORRECT MOUNTING PEGS

They had installed mounting pegs on incorrect/unused holes. My conclusion is that these pegs have been short-circuiting the motherboard.

I tested the setup first outside the case to ensure the problem was not a motherboard issue:
MOTHERBOARD TESTING

And it worked perfectly!
The Nokia 100 calls did not freeze the system either.

I have reassembled the system, tested and ensured it worked before shifting it off to the customer.

Thank you Hellfire13 for the assistance and I guess this is a wrap.
