so ive had this issue for a while where my pc would freeze every single minute on the dot and i use to be able to fix it by resetting my pc, it lasted a year and a half before i first had to reset it then after that it lasted 1 and a half months then 2 weeks and the last time i reset my pc it didnt even last a day before it started freezing again. ive been told by some people that it could be a psu issue but want other opinions on it. also the longer i leave my pc on for the worse the freezing gets

heres a vid of the issue with task manager open and plz excuse the horrible driving

What hardware?

download hwinfo,
install and open it=click run,
close the top window which is the system summary,
in the main window at the left top click "save report",
at the bottom of the next window check "Summary for Clipboard",
after that you'll see what's in the pc,
copy by clicking "copy to clipboard" and rightclick+paste in your next respons

For psu=maker+model+wattage since not in that overview.

One thing is see is high ram usage so if only having 8gb might it be good to upgrade.

yeah i have a 1060 and a i5 8400, some crappy prebuilt motherboard and a chinese power supply which im pretty sure is 500w after doing some research as it doesnt say it in english on the side of it. i do have 16gb of ram but i feel like something is not right there as ive had issues with it before where the original 8gb had something go wrong with it and i got a 2x8gb set and only one of the sticks worked so i put the one working one with the crappy one and beggining to think that was a bad idea

Don't see a report of what you have, might make things clear. But read crappy motherboard and crappy psu, would replace psu and see what happens.
Maybe motherboard in combination with ram might also be a problem not even talking that you seem to mix ram which not always works well.

You're at 85% RAM usage with 16GB with the game only using 2.5GB? Where is all your RAM being used for?

You should not see 85% RAM usage with 16GB on this game.

You sure you have 16GB and not 8GB? Go in your resource monitor in Windows and look at the memory tab. Take a screenshot and link it here using imgur.com
