PC freezing (Hard reset)

My PC has been randomly freezing or crashing/resetting. It happens when i play games, browse the internet, use word, and even when it idles doing absolutely nothing.

Ive tried to reseat ra, gpu, cpu, and cooler but nothing. Ive tried memtest and also looked around the crashdump files but nothing.

Specs: I7 4930k, Rampage extreme 4 (Flashed new bios BTW), GTX 780, 16gb 1600 ram, 120gb ssd and 1000gb hdd. Also using windows 8.1 (Crashes happening before new update aswell)

make sure the asus mb running is standard mode not performace mode. the other mode changes the ram to cpu timing. run hdtune and vendor test tools on both the ssd and hard drive. in the bios make sure xmp profile is on and the mb has set the ram speed right. the last is a weak or power supply that rippling out.
