hi,

a few days ago i started running into some freeze issues. at first it happened while browsing and clicking something randomly getting 1-2 min freeze, while still being able to move the mouse.

after a few episodes, the pc went into full/every click freeze. every task more complicated than looking at desktop rendered the pc useless.

later i saw that the hdd/main/windows partition went to 60k ms delay, disk queue at 5-6, 100% activity for every click that opened something. plus one of my hdd(the newest 2tb) didn't even appeared in the computer manager or was displayed as letter+name with no available and used space, couldn't access it even after 1-2 min freeze.

i tried reinstalling windows(on oldest hdd the original OS partition), disconnecting 2 of the hdd and all optional stuff from mb. after reinstalling windows i still ran into the same problems. though after taking 1 min to open a video the video played. the only time it went lagy was is i tried to seek trough it, but it went only 2-3 sec long not minutes.

after i installed windows on another hdd(middle one, 1tb) this worked no more lag, but still i ran into not booting to bios/black screen(solved by unplugging 1 ram blade from 2 and the hdd, then after i was able to see bios boot reconnect ram and hdd).

after a few failed attempts to boot the oldest hdd is also back to normal if i ran windows from the second hdd/1tb one. the newest hdd(2tb) still not working, amazing lag 60k ms, 5-6 disk queue, 100% activity when i try to do something on it.

after cleaning my pc i saw 2 inflated capacitors near ram, and 1 that seems to be poped on top. also by the failed boot screen or windows boot sometimes or if i connect 2 hdd i suspect PSU failing(or those capacitors messing the voltage).

my problem now still remains some bios/windows boot fails. the newst hdd 2tb i used for storage seems gone and i had lots of data on it. if i connect it i can see the folders/files, can't copy them to another hdd(some files i can copy and they work on other hdd) some files i can't even copy and opening any file on the hdd doesn't work because of freeze/big lag/usage/ no more disk queue 0 all the time.

is the data still recoverable from the 2tb hdd? is it still working(as the oldest one that recovered after some swaps in sata port/power cable). for now i can't test with another pc or got to service because of holiday + weekend all business are closed and i'm not home. still will like advice not to get fooled at some random service about what is broken/burn/gone.

thanks in advance
