Question PC freezing on boot up screen after replacing motherboard

Hey, I just replaced my motherboard with a MSI z390-a pro, and on startup, it takes about 4 minutes before the EZ Debug LED lights up as VGA and on the monitor it shows this:

The screen is completely frozen. I haven’t done any modifications to the bios and can’t reach it because of this problem
My gpu is an rtx 3060ti
My cpu is an i5 8600k
I’ve tried:
Resetting CMOS
Practically rebuilt the entire pc
Swapping GPUs with a 980

Oh I just checked and it looks like there are bent pins, guess I really should’ve checked for that
