Question PC freezing on splash screen

Just done a brand new build with i7 9700k, 2080ti x trio, aorus pro z390, ml240p mirage, 2x8gb corsair lp 3000mhz ram, aero cool 750 watt semi modular psu. Upgraded from my previous amd based system and just brought the 240gb Sandisk ssd with my os etc on it and 500gb wd blue ssd over and now when I go to start the system I can access the bios all fine but as soon as I go to launch windows I get to the splash screen and it freezes... :/

You need to re-install the OS

When I try to reinstall windows it gets stuck on the splash screen too

Did you try installing it from a USB stick with the Windows ISO?

I only have it in disk form

I've just un plugged both ssds and now got to the windows install screen but keyboard and mouse which are plugged in dont work ofc
