Hello everyone,
I just build my new pc but i am facing a strange problem. while using the system and doing tasks like browsing web or watching youtube videos sometimes my whole pc freezes and everything stops woking . the screen freezes as it is. I sometimes only able to open task manager and it is showing gpu0 usage =100% ( In gpu 3D showing -1%,high priority compute -1%, compute 0 is -1% and copy is 100%),CPU usage =10%,Memory usage=35% but all are freezes and not changing.I tried to attach photo but did not find any way to attach the photo while posting this issue. This issue is happening with me twice a week and is very annoying as the only way to get out of it is press the restart button on cabinet. I have run cinebench, furmark crystal mark, and no issues are came while test is running. This issue occurs randomly.I am using window 10 and all things including drivers etc are fully updated.

My PC specs are:
asus tuf gaming b550m-e motherboard
ryzen 5 5600g
wd blue m.2 nvme ssd 500gb
corsair vengence 3600mhz 8*2 ram sticks( i have not enabled xmp profile)
asus tuf gaming 550w power supply
deepcool ak400 air cooler.

I have only basic knowledge about system and this issue is making me tense and therefore I request to please help me in resolving this issue.

Where did you source the installer for your OS?

As for your motherboard, what BIOS version are you on at this moment of time? You might want to see if the issue persists when you're in the BIOS screen. Which slots are the rams populating on the motherboard?

I got my pc build from modx computer and they installed OS from pendrive. I did not know anything extra.
my bios version is 2803
ram are installed in A2 AND B2.

I once opened bios for 5-10 min to checks specs etc but no issue came.
the issue comes randomly 1 or 2 times a week

I dont know what to do.

You have a BIOS update pending, update and then clear the CMOS and then see if the issue persists. Enable X.M.P as well. Something tells me the issue might very well be with the OS, unless you've forgotten to mention the make and model of your discrete GPU.

Actually i dont know how to update bios and i have read that it is a risky process and i dont have knowledge about it and also i dont know how to clear cmos.
I dont have a discrete graphic card.
Do you think it is due to os installed i.e not a hardware issue.
You asked me to enable xmp but i have a doubt that
My processor support ram upto 3200 mhz and in my motherboard user mannual it is written that supported ram 4000(OC)/3866(OC)/3733(OC)/3600(OC)/3466(OC)/3400(OC)/3333(OC)/3200/3000....../2666/.......

Will it make more issues if i enable xmp profile as my ram will run at 3600 mhz and cpu support upto 3200 mhz and on motherboard 3600 ahead OC is written
