PC Freezing & Random Restarts

Recently I've run into an issue. Lately my PC has been either randomly restarting itself without warning or it'll freeze. I've not changed anything, it was fine up until a few days ago. Can't seem to figure out the issue. I checked the Event Viewer and every time this happens it has critical warning messages on there. Whether they serve any purpose or help in any way I don't know.

One thing I know for sure is that the CPU isn't overheating.

Hopefully one of you can help me figure this out, thanks.

Solution
the PSU tester is about £30 or more as far as I know but probably better of putting that to a new PSU

Evga g2/g3
Seasonic focus/prime
I would recommend an EVGA SuperNova Gold G2 / or new G3 /GS / GQ, Platinum P2 / PS, or Titanium T2 or a Seasonic M12-II Evo or S12-II
GOOD PSU EVGA is a B2, G2, G3, P2, GS, PS, or T2. Avoid the EVGA B1 and G1 series/ I bought a EVGA G3 with 7year garentee

Updated all the drivers.

Didn't seem to solve the issue, still restarting without warning every so often.

The thing I don't quite understand is that sometimes it'll restart a few times in a short space of time, other instances it'll restart maybe once in a couple hours.

There isn't any real pattern.

Yeah, I updated them after I started getting these issues but to no avail.

I also scanned both my SSD and HDD for errors, they're fine.
Also did a Memory Test and that all came up fine also.

No problem dude, hopefully somebody else might be able to suggest something.

I really appreciate you giving me your time though, thanks.

Could it possibly be my PSU that's failing? more often than not it only restarts as apposed to crashing.
If so is there any way I can check this?
