Question Pc freezing suddenly

Hello, I have a asus h61-mv motherboard. Few days back the pc started to freeze. It does not even indicate any bluescreen. In this situation I tried by removing all the other components and allowing the pc to run on processor and ram. But it could not resolve the issue. I also applied new thermal paste. But that also didnt help.

Pc specs - h61-mv
I3 3rd gen
4gb ram
