PC freezing then crashing "Atikmdag.sys"

Someone please help. My computer crashes randomly when I'm playing games such as LoL, CSGO, ect.. it says What Failed: atikmdag.sys

I'm currently running a
Rx 470 4gb
Pentium g4560
8gb ram

This error occurs for a number of reasons, but there's a few things you can do:

1) Update your BIOS, OS, Drivers, Everything!
2) Disable Overclocking if enabled
3) Corruption of OS, re-install the OS
4) Damaged PSU
5) Damaged CPU

Start from the top and work your way down until it's fixed. You will want to run a backup before you do any of this. Either a disk imager like Macrium Reflect or a snapshot tool like Rollback Rx.
