PC freezing when playing games

Hey guys, title says it all. My PC is constantly freezing when I try play a game, it usually freezes roughly 30-1 hour into the game. If someone could please help me that would be amazing because this is really getting annoying.

SPECS:

CPU: Intel i5-6400
GPU: Asus GTX960 Turbo 4GB
MOBO: Gigabyte H170-D3H
SSD: Kingston SSDNow UV400 240GB SSD
HDD: Seagate Barricuda 2TB
PSU: Coolerpowder eXtreme Power GX850

Please let me know if you need any other details, I really want to fix this.

Temperatures, check the temperatures of the CPU and GPU while you play the game. Also, run AIDA64 stress test and see if your processor thermal throttles or overheats.

how much ram do you have? what games are you playing, and at what resolution?

Pretty much any game I play now, CS:GO, Rust, Rocket League, League of Legends, PUBG - I have Kingston HyperX Fury 2x8GB 2133Mhz. Resolution is 1920x1080p
