Pc freezing when stressing with p95

Hello, i have a phenom x6 1055t cpu which seems to be fezzing everytime i use the maximum heat option, it doesnt happen when i use maximum power, so the psu is not the issue and the cpu temps are below 40°C. The only problem i can think of is the cpu tin, because it says that the max is most of the time at 100°C when stressed or when the fpu is stressed because the blend test works well.

Update: i stressed the blend test on p95 and it freezed, but it took much longer than with the maximum heat option. Tried maximum power and it still hasnt crashed or showed signs of freezing
