Hi all,

Recently, I have been facing issues when trying to view videos online or offline (through media players):

1) The most common issue I face is after a few seconds of viewing a video, the screen would freeze, proceed by either no signal on my monitor or weird fuzzy/green lines on my screen (No audio from video heard as well).

2) My graphic card crashed frequently with error message saying AMD Driver stopped responding and has recovered. (Issue mostly encounter when watching videos on Media Player Classic or opening of Firefox)

3) Weird shuttering, fuzzy lines over the video or laggy playback while I am watching a video

4) I have encountered two BSOD before as while, stating video scheduler has encountered a fatal error.

On my part, I have ensure all my drivers are updated, including all software but problem still persists. I have also cleaned off all dust in my desktop. In addition, I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic test and turns out no errors.

My desktop PC is customized build with specs:
Windows 7 SP1 64-bit
Intel Core i3 CPU 530 @2.93 GHz
AMD Raedon HD7770 Series
Motherboard: GIGABYTE H55M-S2
PSU: PowerWide ATX-430W
Ram:4GB Kingtson Ram KVR13N9S8/4 x2

Appreciate any help on this matter!

Just ran the FurMark benchmark test at preset: 1080 (FHD) and my score are as such:

Score:148 points (2 FPS, 60000 ms)
Max GPU Temp: 45°C
Resolution: Resolution: 1920x1080 (FS) - AA:0 samples
FPS: FPS: min:3, max:4, avg:2
GPU core: 850 MHz, memory: 1200 MHz

Does the low score indicate my GPU is the problem?

I am unsure of which CPU benchmark to use so I did a quick Google and use SilverBench and Linpack.

For SilverBench:
The score is P6589

For Linpack:
I preset the program to
Number of equations to solve at 5000
Leading dimensions for array at 10000
Number of trials to run at 200
Data alignment value at 4GB
With that, I am getting about 14-17GFlops.

Am I doing this correctly?

In addition, the problem seems have extended when I am gaming as well. Now, I am stuck in loading screens for up to 20mins (in pass my game usually take about a minute to load) and once in game, the gameplay is super laggy and shuttering.

Can you run Prime95, Or Intel burn test?

Edit also use a system monitor, and look at CPU & GPU usage during gaming and points where it lags and freezes. ( I know when it is frozen it is frozen but try to get a look before and after the freeze.

I downloaded HWMONITOR to monitor my computer's temperature and my hardware temperature is always in 40+ degree celsius range when gaming (but never exceeds 50). Is that considered hot?

Anw, I am facing no signal to monitor more than ever now especially when gaming coupled with tons of crashes to desktop.
