Question PC Freezing

Hey guys, I built a new pc in december 2019:
AMD Ryzen 5 3400
ASUS B450M
2x DDR4 8GB
Geforce Gtx 750 TI
Corsair CX600 w

Except for the GPU and PSU, the other components are all new.
The thing is, since I built the PC it has been freezing when I try to install some games, like League of Legends; it freezes when I watch videos on Youtube and sometimes it freezes when I play games I could install. It even froze once when I was trying to post this.
I ran some tests and memtest was ok, as was furmark. I ran Prime95 and OCCT and in both apps, when it was stressing the CPU, the computer froze.
I changed the CPU cooler, from the original to Coolermaster Hyper T4 and it is still freezing. Anyone can help me?

can you tell me more about the issue i faced a similar issue with my ryzen 3 1300x where it would freeze when im browsing web or watching movies and stuff and would perfectly run all games and stress tests, it would freeze the screen and i would have to turn off the main power and i would start again.

My problem is very similar. But some games freeze my pc too even indie games sometimes, like Monster Sanctuary. I have The Surge installed too, this one I can play with no problems. And, as I said, every time I try to install League of Legends it freezes too (I also have Hearthstone installed and had no problems with it whatsoever).
It has been freezing mostly on game installs, youtube videos (played on chrome, on IE it rarely freezes).
I ran OCCT again and it only lasted 3s before CPU usage went to 100%.
I also checked windows event log and it gave me a Kernel-Power 41 (63), although I've been reading that's a common error and doesn't mean much.

Oh and 1 more thing, sometimes when I'm watching videos and the pc freezes but the video is already loaded, it goes on for some time, it can be 1 more minute, 2, 3, or even the whole video before the screen totally freezes.
