Question Pc freezing

Hi guys. I recently started having issues with my computer freezing. It happens randomly, sometimes during booting. Only way to unfreeze it is to force restart it. I have been to 2 technicians and they couldn't fix it. My specs are :
Amd Radeon R7 360
Amd athlon X4 840
Hdd is some Toshiba 7200rpm
Psu :Mission Q 500.
Im sorry if my english is incorrect im from Croatia.

It says my HDD is healthy. I have Hyperx ram 1666Mhz and temperatures dont get over 160F.

I did not, i don't own other psu , i have 500W psu that i got 3 months ago.

I put my pc in power saving mode and it seems that it does not freeze.
