Question Pc freezing

Hi, whenever i download a game my pc just freezes after a while, i thought it might be the PSU but i replaced it(needed a upgrade anyways) but it still freezing

MY specs are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: 2x8Gb 2666
MB: Gigabyte AORUS B450 Elite
GPU: AUS ROG Strix RTX 2070 super
PSU: Coolmaster Gold 650W atx
SSD: Crucial BX500 480GB
OS: Windows 10

Have about 150Gb free space, forgot to mention i have a 1TB HDD

are you downloading to the hdd? check the hdd health?

Yes i have and cant find a problem, Download to both. Dont know if maybe the ram is to slow for the CPU also checked the ram and no problems or maybe its the CPU.
