Question PC just freezes everytime i start a game ?

Hello everyone
I need some help with my pc, the pc just freezes & i can’t do anything and I have to power off after.


CPU: i5-9400
Mobo: asrock b365 pro 4
RAM: 24 gb
GPU: rtx 3050
PSU: 600 w thermaltake
Windows 10

Please help, what could be the problem here ?

Well in some games it’s frezze like 10 min after i play in some like after 1-2 hours

Remove that odd stick of ram.
Fit the 2 same sticks in the proper slots for dual channel.....see the manual.
Test.

I see another pass of UBM and the ram is back to 2133 speed.
Something happen?

the xmp i think get disabled when the pc restart
the pc grg frozen again in game but not like before now after 1 hour

I bought them together ib one package
They are the same crosair 8 gb each
You think the problem could be by ram ?

Don't know.
Seems odd that the ram speed would go back to 2133 unless the bios had a problem with the ram.

See if you can enable xmp again and see if the ram speed goes back to 2666.
If it does reboot a few times and verify the speed of the ram.

If it does stay at 2666.
Put a copy of memtest86 on a flash stick.
Boot the stick and let it run for a few hrs.......no errors allowed

Keep crashing the same
Memtest86 didn’t find any error

The pc works good in offline games
In online games the crash happens offten
Not in all games
For example elden ring, fortinet etc
