PC from a friend

hello everybody,

so my friend is selling his gaming pc but I don't know much about computers so I don't know of it is worth the money.

the specs are:

Gigabyte GTX 770 OC Windforce 3X

is this a good gaming pc for that money? And when you're at it could you find some good benchmarks for it plz?

Hey !

That is actually a very good PC that i would say is worth at least $1000 (realistically more though i am not sure how prices of some of those parts will have changed since i have checked them out previously) ! You might want to upgrade the RAM to 16gb of dual channel but apart from that this is a solid system !

Most of those parts are 1-2 years old so $500-800 seems reasonable, depending on how they were treated/maintained.

$700 doesn't seem to be too bad.
Ensure that he gives you the OS install media and license key. When you get it, do a full reinstall of the OS and whatever else.
