Hi i built a new pc which had absolutely no issues, however today I tried to plug in a controller and the front ports of the PC had issues with the device saying device driver error whereas the rear port has recognised the controller and works fine. Just annoying because the cable is short so its not exactly too comfortable in that sense of using the rear ports.

Make and model of your controller? Make and model of the case? Have you made sure that the front panel wires/connectors are in order? As for your motherboard's rear I/O port, which ports are you populating to tether said controller to? Make and model of your motherboard?
