Question PC Froze and shut down during gaming.

My PC Froze while playing Resident Evil 2, I held power button to shut down and tried to turn computer back on. PC booted up to Windows start screen and froze. After turning the PC off again using power button the computer will not boot. All fan lights come on and hard drives and fans all spin including GPU fan. No power being supplied to USB keyboard as lights don't even come on when PC is on. Whether I use onboard video or GPU I get no signal to the monitor. I get 3 long beeps without RAM and no beeps with 1 OR 2 RAM sticks in. Someone help me fix this please as I have work to do with this computer ASAP, hopefully it's not toast.
