Question PC froze, now no monitor output

I had one of my games running when my PC froze up on me (Red and black vertical lines al over my monitor).
I turned it off and back on once and nothing displayed on my monitor, so I did it again and the monitor displayed, but went to BIOS, I saved and exited without touching anything on there.
It half - started up (just after my password screen) before it froze again.
So I once again restarted. Every time I have tried booting it since, my monitor has definitely said ‘no signal’ I’m sure the connection between my GPU and my monitor is stable, the GPU’s fan is running.
I tried a hdmi connection to my tv, which still didn’t output any video.
When I start up currently, most my peripherals (apart from my mouse) light up - all connected to my motherboard. When I press the power button to turn it off again, it shuts down almost instantly; which only happens when it’s still booting up. When it’s running fine, it’ll go through the shut down process properly.
Any help would be appreciated.
I’ve already tried taking the power cable out and back in, etc.
I have a feeling it’s my GPU, however it seems to be running as the fan is on.
Thank you.
