Question pc froze then no signal, doesnt boot since

I was playing with my friends, then my game froze for a few seconds, then my monitor went "no signal" but I can still hear my friends and the game, after restarting, my pc didnt boot after that as it went on a boot loop, I tried fixing (listed below what i tried) but it resulted in my pc turning on, but no signal, but turning it off doesnt require a long press, as it instanly turn off after pressing the power button

things i tried
-reaseating ram and gpu
-check and reattached any wiring
-removing gpu and tried to use the integrated gpu

6gb ram 1x4gb 1x2gb

its a electron atx-700w psu
