I built my new pc 2 days ago and all seemed fine until earlier tonight, i was in the middle of a league game and my pc froze up including audio no sound or game stutters nothing just locked up, i couldn't alt f4 or get task manager up so i held the power button till it switched off waited a few seconds and switched it on. Everything came on, LED Strip and every fan in the case came on including the 3 fans on my Gpu how ever i got no boot screen no bios nothing as if power wasn't going to my monitor, when i first press my power button all fans seem to be.. best way i can describe it at 100% power and drop to like 60% power after a few seconds of being on.
ive tryed swapping ram sticks around with no luck, i tryed taking my gpu out and using on board graphics from my MOBO with no luck aswell as other little bits.

did you try reinstalling windows? if that doesn't work, you have hardware issues for sure. cpu or mobo, my cpu died a while back at work and everything just went black, then nothing would boot or run... my cpu was about 10 yrs old and ran 24x7 that whole time, except for power outages.
Check all your power connections from psu and at power plugs. Pull them out and reseat them. I would start with the 24 pin plug first. Then try a restart. You may want to repeat this with every plug so you find which plug was loose, if it does turn out to be the problem.
i tryed so many different trouble shooting solutions from ram etc to a different psu, i eventually gave up on my end of trouble shooting and called up my local pc world and spoke to someone there after explaining the situation to him and what ive tryed he suggested a faulty motherboard since i was getting no bios or anything so currently in the process of returning the motherboard to amazon. another theory from a super tech savy friend is the PSU also, i personally dont believe it is due to the fact everything's getting power i just dont get a boot screen

i cant even get into a boot or bios screen was playing fine for 2 whole days and poof. no smoke or anything but just froze up. so im gonna try part by part, i dont believe its the CPU because asus boards can boot to bios with no ram or cpu inserted to the MOBO.

So looked up your motherboard and you needed to have bios 2203 or higher installed for that cpu. So I know you already sent in the board, but it repeats the same problem with the new board try an update to the newest bios.
so my new motherboard arrived which happens to be a Asus Prime Z390-A
rebuilt the pc went through tedious cable management to get a red Cpu light on the motherboard when ever i switch it on, yet again tryed many steps including a different but capable psu, only thing i can think of is my Cpu is dead
