PC froze with buzzing sound

few months ago i bought new pc:

i5 6600k 4.4ghz 1.26v
gtx 1060 6gb
hyperx 2x8 2400mhz savage
xfx ts 550w
old 500gb 7200 seagate
windows 10 64bit

today, for the first time, my pc just froze with buzzing sound when was writing yt comment on YT video while having R6 siege game minimalized. Few months ago i got few bluescreens, but theye were due cpu oc voltage. i increased it and it was fine. I playd many hours straight cpu intensive games like battlefield 4 or r6 siege and was all cool. Only today it happened. Iam little worried. it might be broken gpu? I checked temps and they are fine.

Does you're PC still function like normal or does it refuse to turn on or it just keeps happening

i think its happening when i watch 60fps video when have this game minimanized.
