My PC game is Lagging. I'm playing H-Hour
This what I have

Ibuypower desktop amd fx6300 6 core 3.5 ghz processor 16 gb ram windows 10 120gb sata drive and a 2tb drive nvidia geforce gt730 video card with hdmi output

Graphics card, the 730 is not really good for any kind of gaming. Pick up a used 750ti or better yet new GT 1030 or 1050 and it'll help massively.
