PC gamepad advice

I want to buy a gamepad for my PC. The gamepad needs to have feedback, programmable buttons and cable connection. I'm currently looking at Cyborg V.5 Rumble Pad and Logitech F510. What would you recommend?

I guess it would be the Cyborg, because I found out one friend of my roommate sells his very cheaply.
