PC Games aren't running good

For some reason my PC does not run games smoothly like GTA V, Pubg, Overwatch, etc. I'm pretty sure my computer is updated and has decent hardware, I just get low FPS/lag and don't understand why.

PC specs:
Intel Core i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20 GHz
16GB Ram
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Windows 10

What graphics card do you have? CPU usage at idle?

Sorry for the delayed respone. I have Intel 530 graphics and CPU usage at idle is around 70-80%

For one your CPU usage at idle is just crazy. Idle CPU usage with nothing open should be between 1 and 5%. The second reason is you're using integrated graphics which will never run games like GTA V very well. To hit 60 FPS in GTA V you'd need to be at 720p resolution with the game set to all low settings. Time to invest in a dedicated video card. Same goes for the other 2 games you mentioned. You can get the games to run but they will run terribly. Yup, you'll definitely need a GPU to run these games. The integrated graphics are only for light gaming, certainly not AAA games.
