PC Games Crashing and Getting FPS Drop

I have had trouble in the past with my computer with games crashing and found out my PC was not getting enough power and fixed that. My games had been runing fine since then and they werent crashing but now my computer is having problems with its RAM and its crashing more frequently when i have both 8GB RAM sticks in and my games crash. When i have only 1 8GB RAM stick in it it never crashes but i do get FPS drop sometimes.

Graphics Card: MSI GeoForce GTX 1060 Gaming X 6GB

Storage: Seagate Barracuda 3 TB ST3000DM008

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2A2400C16 16gb (2x8GB) DDR4 Black

MotherBoard: MSI B250M Gaming Pro Motherboard

Power Supply: Antec Basiq VP-600P 600W Power Supply

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212X CPU Cooler

CPU: Intel Core i7 7700

OS: Windows 10 64 Bit

No thats not it as i have swapped the ram and i know they are the same because it is a fresh pc
