I have an asus notebook tablet (laptop tablet) how do i get pc games working on it without linkng it to a computer

What operating system is your tablet running? And what games do you plan to run?

Android OS won't run Windows software. Running games over the network using remote access does not work well either, there is too much display lag, so linking it to a Windows PC is also out. You'd need to get a system made for this type of thing like NVidia Shield, or the new Steam handheld that may be out soon http://www.engadget.com/2014/06/14/steamboy/ if it actually exists as a product and is not vaporware.

Windows OS games will not run on Android OS. Different OS.

But you can run Android OS games / programs in Windows OS using a program call BlueStacks.
