You would need to install a single slot low profile video card like the nvidia gtx 1030.

What does mean Struggle word?

It means that without a dedicated graphics card the pc will not be able to output playable framerates in the games you mentioned. In its current state I would not attempt to play modern games on that pc, it will not be enjoyable.
