Hello, sir i have intel core 2 duo 1.8 ghz e6300 processor iam going purchase new motherboard which have onboard gma 512 mb.can i play gta iv,ashes 2009,wwe smackdown vs raw 2010 and need for speed shift on that pc.i have 1 gb ram.

that cpu is way to weak to run it

changing the motherboard is just a waste of money

besides the game needs more than 1gb ram, i was running out on my old dual core system with 3gb

to play thoes games the cheapest way is to change the motherboard, cpu, ram and put in a graphics card

if i remeber correctly the e6300 can be overclocked pretty well. 500mhz isnt to hard and 4ghz isnt impossible. that will put you in playable gaming area... next get another gig of ram which should be exactly the same as the ram you have in both timings and latencies if you cant get exactly the same make and model. next a gfx card. you want a minimum of a 96gt but a gts250 would be better.
all this will need a minimum of a 450w psu to run it...
to upgrade what you have will cost about £150 and will give you an entry level gaming pc that will play everything you want up to 2011... some of todays games need win 7 and a quad core... which is likely to be out of your budget.
but hey if you can stretch to £500+ you can get quite the decent i5 system...

which games i play on that pc tell me sir.

You'll be able to play a large variety of games on the build HEXiT wrote, GTA IV has some relatively high requirements compared to the rest of the games available. You won't be able to play every game out there, But a nice percentage of them.
