Question Pc Gaming 3070ti

Hi, as the title suggests, I would be interested in making a build for a gaming PC with a 3070ti.
My idea for the build would be to spend around 1000 € (I mean without the cost of the card and without peripherals), I would like a build that allows me to take full advantage of the graphics card to play at 240fps on Rainbow Six Siege and Valorant, and that it supports me without problems games like Warzone and LOL, even if warzone doesn't get to who knows how many fps (which is impossible).
What do you think such a build is feasible with these demands on this budget?
I would like to buy only components sold by Amazon, without dealing with third party sellers
