[SOLVED] PC Gaming advice wanted

I am about to upgrade from console to a gaming PC, the thing is I am a newbie with computers, I don't know anything about them. I have saved about 750 dollars up. I don't plan on streaming or editing videos I just want to play at the highest resolution I can within my budget and do college work on it. Is there a good prebuilt one anyone can recommend? Hell, even a decent used one you've seen on ebay or something would do. Any advice you guys give would be appreciated.

i have never bulit a pc before, how would i go about doing it. what kind of fps and visual settings would i be able to game on with these parts, thanks for the advice by the way.

At 1080P/60 FPS you looking at high settings for most games, building is pretty easy as there's a ton of guides online (Google is your friend). Price to performance and quality of parts you won't find a prebuilt that will perform as good or have at least that kind of storage for your budget.
