[SOLVED] PC gaming build $400

Hi! I already have a r9 270x 2gb and I made this wishlist. I was wondering if there is any other good configuration to get a better deal.

My display is a SyncMaster P2370HD (1080p i think)
And I used to have the AMD Phenom II X6 1050 I think

Is there a better gaming build for $400 that including gpu than one that includes my r9 270x? I will be able to upgrade the gpu in 6 months probably

I'd dump the SSD for a better quality PSU, preferably a grey label Corsair CX/CXM 550W. Ideally you'd also want a 2x? memory kit but the single stick will work, just be sure to enable XMP in the BIOS so at the very least it runs at the correct speed which does affect AMD Ryzen performance.

Thank you for your suggestions! I replaced the PSU with a corsair CX550 but I cant find 2x memory at 3000MHz I can get 2x at 2400MHz will that work?

You'll want the faster speed, difference could be as high as 20 FPS from 2400 to 3000. See the link @logainofhades posted.
