Thanks for the advice and I surely will look into it, do you have any recommendation for the best available sound card or amp (basically something that would give me the loudest and clearest sound) as well as a sound system

Thank you very much for your help

Again, that depends on how long he wants to wait. If you wanna spend time thinking "Oh, is it out yet? Nope", "Is it out now?! Nope" for the next few weeks or maybe months, you can wait. And again, the GPUs can always be changed if you want it right now, so you can have fun right now AND in the future.

Actually I heard Sapphire 290x cards have issues where they are forced to under clock the card to get it to work, that's why I chose Asus over Sapphire instead for the 295x2.

lol, didn't help I help you make a build? or was that someone else, the name seems familiar :)

Sapphire probably makes the best coolers for the R9 cards. Why are we to assume they are going to overheat? I can assume one thing though, in a
$7000-9000 build, cooling will not be an issue.

Four 8GB 290x cards would outperform four 4GB 980 cards in extreme 4k gaming and would be a good bit cheaper. So much cheaper in fact that a fancy pants water cooling system could be set up for the 290xs with the extra money saved.
