PC Gaming build under $600 to run skyrim on high, is this one okay?

So I'm trying to build a PC for college this Christmas that i will probably mostly use for gaming. I was wondering if this was a good build or not. If not, then please make some recommendations, but keep in mind that im trying not to go over 600, maybe ill pay like 620.
