I am putting together a build and wanted to make sure my power supply would be enough and overall a good build.
Here are my specs::

Processor Cooling- 120mm RGB Liquid Cooling System
Memory- XPG 8 GB [8 GB x 1]
Video Card- ASUS Dual Series GeForce® GTX 1070 - 8GB (VR Ready)
Storage- 500 GB Western Digital Blue SSD
Motherboard- ASUS TUF X470-Plus Gaming
Power Supply- 500 Watt

I would get a decent well branded 550w PSU.

Why not use the included cooler and use the money for the aio watercooler to get 16gb dualchannel ram? Would be my choice anyway.

Get a better powerful, a good brands 550w power supply is good but I recommend you to get 650W power supply for future proofing of your PC
