pc gaming display! help!!

hello guys
I am trying to build a budget gaming pc and for the monitor i have chosen benq rl2240he and for the graphics card it AMD's RX 480
basically i want to play most of the games at 1080p with medium to high settings titles like GTA 5, Doom 4,Hitman,MGSVTPP etc.
so is this monitor ok for decent gaming at 1080p

ps on a tight budget of [120-130$] [8000-9000 INR]
pls check the compatibility and refer if there is a better choice

In my opinion that's a good monitor for the price tag. Its native 1080P, HDMI with a 1ms response time for around 130-150$. For your budget goals listed that seems like a good buy to me.
