PC Gaming For Beginner

Okay, so im 17 about to graduate high school and i want to buy a gaming pc for "college". but i want a PC that is going to be reliable and can run games such as "Fallout 3", "CS: GO", and "H1Z1". I've been looking at a pc from iBUYPOWER that has Intel Core i5-4460 with 8GB memory that runs at 3.2 GHz. Is this a good computer and is it capable of running the games that i listed at on pretty good graphics? I'm also on a really tight budget if anyone was wondering why all i can afford is this.

i honestly don't know, I'm trying to buy it off of best buy and it doesn't list what the GPU's are. and i would build a computer on my own just that i wouldn't have a clue what id be doing.
