Hello everyone,I want to upgrade my pc in order to play games smoother@1920X1080 and 60 fps in highest settings which I am not able to do in current games like Just Cause 3,The division,etc.Any advice on what hardware to replace is appreciated.My current build is:-
8gb ram
AMD Radeon R9 290 tri-x@4gb
Intel Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.4GHz

OK,So just tested on Just Cause 3,My Graphics card usage is fine staying above 95% but CPU usage is not.The usage of all cores is around 30-40%.Ram usage is around 6.5gb.Any way to resolve this?

GPU or CPU?Because my GPU usage is fine but CPU usage is less.Furthermore I checked a forum saying that my current gpu should max out the game at 60fps.

You want CPU usage to be less and you want GPU usage to be at 100% (with Vsync off), which means it is working at its full potential. The GPU pushes out as many frames as it can, whereas the CPU has a specific amount of data to process in a set amount of time.

Well, you're looking at something like an R9 Nano for a solid upgrade.
