Buying pc wondering if this is any good
Hoping to play games like rust and gtav on good-max settings

This is a very nice build. This will be able to play any modern game at max settings at 1080p or 1440p.

With a GTX 1080 you are going for 4k resolution. Best of the best

SSD is too small for a higher end system, you want a larger one for installing programs on for fast loading. Silly to have a high end CPU and video card then use a budget SSD.

Also check the power supply brand and model, if it's not listed, you will probably want to get it exchanged for something of good quality.

cyberpower has been known to have quality control issues, as well. I'd recommend building your own over cyberpower.

You dont have the motherboard, power supply, or memory brand listed.
Their known to use the cheapest crap of a power supply they can have made for then (standard) the same with the memory.
