Pc gaming performance

Hey guys, I play rainbow six siege with an i5 4590 and a gtx 1050tim what would be a better idea to upgrade to for more performance? a new cpu or a new graphics card, the cpu would be something like a ryzen 5 1600, and the gpu would be an rx 570, would it be worth getting the gpu first?

Nothing wrong with the CPU for gaming, the GPU will make the largest difference.

As far as the GPU the RX 570 won't offer much over the GTX 1050Ti you have now, going with a GTX 1060 6GB would be a better option.

My monitor supports amd free sync though, so I'd prefer an amd card, what's the best option?

You won't see the difference in the mid range cards if you use it or not.
