Pc gaming performance

Hey guys, I play rainbow six siege with an i5 4590 and a gtx 1050ti but i only run at about 60 - 80 fps all low with textures medium at 1080p with no TTA, is there something wrong with my computer? I feel like I sohuld be achieving much higher frame rates.

Dont worry, i own a rx 470 and i play on medium settings with tta and i reach 60 fps, the new update came with a lot of extra textures and particle physics programs, the game should not look much different.

I have a friend with the same gpu (gtx 1050ti) but he has an i5 6400, he runs the game with all settings high around 90 - 120 fps, the cpu isnt that much better than mine, yet I have everything low!

I'm using a 450w one, not rated for anything i don't think

oh okay, that might be the issue then, such a low wattage can affect your pc performance

450w is enough for my system from what i know
