Question Pc gaming question

I’m having an issue that only seems to happen on escape from tarkov and Fortnite. When I go to load into game it pops up a blank screen loads in fine but I lose all cosaire mouse and keyboard functions I have to alt tab and manually start it up again any clues what this could be. I’ve tried looking into the program allowances ect everything seems ok but I’m missing something
