I found a new build and put in a monitor cutting the price down by about $200! http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1h1gG My Budget is around $500-$600 but i could go up to $700.
If this is intended to be a gaming machine, an APU is pretty much out unless your budget is ludicrously low. If you're willing to go slightly over $700...
