Solution

Get an FX 6300 or 6350 to make up the cost difference, you won't be using 8 cores anyways.

OR, get this build NOW, and save up/earn the money for a graphics card later:
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor ($215.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: ASRock H97M Anniversary Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($66.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($48.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Cougar Spike MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($29.99 @ Mwave)
Power Supply:...
the r9 270x is technically better than a gtx 750ti because it uses more power and generates more heat and noise to process graphics faster/better.

that build should run games on low for 4 years or so, BUT you don't want a cheap PSU, as it's basically heart of the system, and a cheap heart will die out easily and kill the brain (cpu) and the rest of the body. Get a psu like: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-100b10500kr or http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 if you can.
