I recently finished building a pc and when I went to change from my internal graphics to a new graphics card (zotac gtx980 amp extream) the bios pops up prompting me like normal to push f2 to enter setup or f7 for quick menu it doesnt boot up to windows like normal and I can’t use my keyboard to do it manually even though it’s plugged into the USB port that is available during the bios. Any advice on what to do to fix this is greatly appreciate.

I was able to get past the bios by changing some setting in the bios I’m not ecxactly sure which setting did it but now I am able to use the keyboard and select what to boot from but when I try to boot up windows 10 it shows a bilinking curser for about 5 seconds then the screen goes black and stays like that for about 5 minutes before restarting and going back to the bios

I have two Intel DPS-750XB A 750W power supplies that both seem to be working fine
