PC gets stuck in the American Megatrends page

I have been at a cabin, and been away from my pc for 4 days. Before that it worked properly. After this then it wont boot up properly. I am using a Asus Sabertooth X58 motherboard and a Intel core i7 950 3.07GHz. what that is under some information about the pc, there comes:
Press DEL to run Setup (if i push this it comes `Entering SETUP´ ...).
Press F8 for BBS POPUP (- BOOT Selection Popup menu has been selected)
Press ALT+F2 to execute ASUS EZ Flash 2
DDR3-1066MHz (havent pushed it)
Initializing USB Controllers .. Done.
12280MB OK

Nothing else i on this page.

What to do now?

Do i need to get to Bios to do that?

There are jumpers on your motherboard, locate them using your manual. Or taking out the batery and then draining any remaining electricity by pressing the power button for like 15 seconds should do to.

Oh, i appriciate your Solutions, but i already found a solution, wich is to plug the reset button properly in, and then push it. Otherwise i think those would have worked too. Thanks!

a build mistake could happens when your so happy to get a new one ,but at least system work as it should time to enjoy it .
